Background:

Robert Wan's Tahiti Perles is a company that specializes in auctioning pearls online to the B2B market: independent jewellers across the globe. In addition to building their website, we created a lead generation funnel campaign and increased their brand awareness through digital advertising.


Objective:

Our team at DMC helped Tahiti Perles with their buyer journey:

Awareness stage > Consideration stage > Decision stage


Implementation:

As a result, we developed the following steps:

  • Plan the CRM strategy over an 8-week period up to the live auction

  • Determine which primary market/country to enter

  • Develop a suite of marketing messages in three languages

  • Map the user journey based on geolocation EU and Non-EU to ensure compliance with GDPR

  • Automate campaigns with clear rules based on user behaviour
